We are now also able to carry out Air Conditioning Inspections (Accreditation No. STRO003357).

This new legislation affects everyone in England and Wales that has a building with a single, or multiple air conditioning system with a total installed cooling capacity of over 250kW. In January 2011 this legislation will be extended to buildings with air conditioning systems totalling over 12kW.

As well as being a legal requirement, this inspection could be financially beneficial, as our report will highlight any inefficiencies with your existing systems.
